The new educational paradigm proposed here is as necessary as it is urgent, particularly to support young people in forming their identity, social self, and sense of belonging: Judo, following appropriate teaching methods and expert instruction, emerges as a necessary element of a system that motivates young people with the determination needed to fulfill their aspirations, while simultaneously developing their physical and mental abilities.
